A fair refund path for owned digital products.

This policy explains how refund reviews work for The Pawsitive Family owned digital products sold through Paddle checkout.

This refund policy is designed for digital products created by The Pawsitive Family / MQ Store j.d.o.o. It does not cover third-party Pawsitive Picks purchases made through external sellers or platforms.

Digital product nature

The first Pawsitive Products item is Pawsitive Perspective - 30 Life Lessons From Three Rescue Souls, a digital PDF guided reflection book.

Digital products are delivered electronically. There is no physical item to ship and no physical product to return.

Digital delivery and withdrawal note

Pawsitive Perspective is delivered digitally by private download link after successful Paddle checkout. No physical shipping or physical return is involved.

For buyers in the European Union, digital content rules may affect the right of withdrawal when a buyer expressly consents to immediate digital delivery or download access.

Refund review

Refund requests will be reviewed in a customer-friendly but protected way. Reasonable cases may include duplicate purchase, accidental purchase, technical access issue, or another clear concern that can be explained.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded, refunds are not automatic in every case. The goal is to be fair to the customer while also protecting the digital work from misuse.

Fair-use limitation

Refund requests may be declined when there are signs of refund abuse, repeated unreasonable requests, misuse of access, or redistribution of the digital product.

If a refund is approved, the buyer should stop using the digital product and the personal-use license or access to the refunded digital product ends. Private download access may be disabled for refunded purchases.

Payment provider note

Owned digital product purchases use Paddle checkout. Refunds that are approved are handled through the relevant Paddle payment or refund process where applicable.

The Pawsitive Family / MQ Store j.d.o.o. may use the purchase email, order or reference number, product name, and support details to review refund and access issues.

How to request a refund review

To request a refund review, email info@thepawsitivefamily.com with the purchase email, order or reference number if available, product name, and a short explanation of the issue.

Refund requests are easier to review when the message clearly explains whether the issue is a duplicate purchase, technical access issue, accidental purchase, or another reasonable concern.
