Paddle purchase and refund role
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. The buyer purchases the product from Paddle, and Paddle handles transaction refund requests under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
MQ Store j.d.o.o. supplies the PDF and provides product-delivery and download-access support.

Pawsitive Perspective is delivered digitally by private download link after successful Paddle checkout. No physical shipping or physical return is involved.
For eligible consumers, statutory withdrawal or refund rights apply as described in the Paddle Refund Policy. For some digital content purchases, withdrawal rights may change after download or access begins with the buyer's agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

How to request a transaction refund
Submit a transaction refund request through Paddle Buyer Support as directed by the Paddle Refund Policy.

Refund abuse and access after refund
Under the Paddle Refund Policy, refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
If a transaction is refunded, access to the product ends and MQ Store j.d.o.o. may disable the private download link.
